Refund policy

Effective Date: May 28, 2026

All sales by Lush Global Contracting Company are subject to the following commercial return, refund, and cancellation terms.

1. Commercial B2B Sales

All transactions are considered commercial business-to-business transactions unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Return Authorization Required

No returns will be accepted without prior written approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

3. Return Eligibility

Approved returns must:

  1. Be requested within 14 days of delivery
  2. Be unused and uninstalled
  3. Be in original packaging
  4. Be free from damage, modification, or alteration

Products returned without original packaging or in non-resalable condition may be rejected.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  1. Installed products
  2. Used products
  3. Cut or modified flooring
  4. Wired or installed electrical items
  5. Installed PTAC units
  6. Custom products
  7. Made-to-order products
  8. Special-order products
  9. Imported procurement items
  10. Clearance items
  11. Bulk project materials
  12. Final sale items

5. Inspection Before Installation

Customers must inspect all products prior to installation, cutting, wiring, assembly, modification, or use.

Installation or use constitutes acceptance of the goods.

Claims submitted after installation may be denied.

6. Cancellation Policy

Stock orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment begins.

Custom, imported, special-order, reserved inventory, or project-based orders may not be canceled once procurement, supplier confirmation, production, or freight booking has begun.

Approved cancellations may incur:

  1. Administrative fees
  2. Supplier cancellation fees
  3. Freight charges
  4. Warehousing fees
  5. Restocking fees
  6. Non-refundable payment processing costs

7. Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a 15%–35% restocking fee depending on product category, supplier policy, and condition.

Original shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of returned merchandise.

Refund timing may vary depending on payment processor and banking institution.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Lush Global Contracting Company prior to initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  1. Refusal of future service
  2. Collection actions
  3. Recovery of associated costs and fees
  4. Legal remedies available under Arizona law
