Shipping policy

Lush Global Contracting Company supplies commercial renovation and hospitality materials, including freight, palletized, project-based, and internationally sourced products.

1. Processing Time

Standard order processing may take approximately 2–5 business days.

Bulk orders, freight orders, project orders, custom products, imported products, and special procurement items may require additional lead time.

Orders are processed only after payment is received and verified.

2. Estimated Shipping & Lead Times

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery schedules may vary due to:

  1. Supplier availability
  2. Manufacturing schedules
  3. Freight carrier scheduling
  4. Customs inspections
  5. Port congestion
  6. Weather events
  7. Material shortages
  8. International logistics
  9. Jobsite accessibility
  10. Carrier delays

Lush Global Contracting Company is not responsible for delays beyond its reasonable control.

3. Freight Deliveries

Freight deliveries may require:

  1. Forklift access
  2. Loading dock access
  3. Liftgate service
  4. Delivery appointments
  5. On-site receiving personnel

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information and proper site accessibility.

Additional charges caused by:

  1. Missed deliveries
  2. Re-delivery
  3. Storage
  4. Limited access
  5. Residential delivery
  6. Liftgate requests
  7. Address corrections

shall be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Split Shipments

Orders may ship separately depending on inventory availability, warehouse location, supplier schedules, or freight coordination.

5. International Procurement

Certain products may involve overseas procurement, international sourcing, ocean freight, customs clearance, or port handling.

Lead times for imported products may vary significantly and are subject to global supply chain conditions.

6. Shipping Damage & Inspection

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

Visible freight damage must:

  1. Be noted on the delivery receipt/BOL before signing
  2. Be photographed immediately
  3. Be reported within 48 hours

Failure to properly inspect or report freight damage within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Do not install damaged products.

7. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once products are delivered to the freight carrier, delivery service, customer, warehouse, jobsite, or authorized representative.

8. Delivery Delays

Lush Global Contracting Company is not liable for:

  1. Contractor delays
  2. Project delays
  3. Hotel opening delays
  4. Labor costs
  5. Lost profits
  6. Business interruption
  7. Consequential damages caused by shipping or logistics delays
